Myfitnesspal App



I started using myfitnesspal 3 or 4 years ago to maintain my weight and control the number of my daily food calories. This tool is really useful because I was able to lose 7lb in 2 weeks. Also, I can eat whatever I want as long as it is below the daily calories target. Also, you can enter your daily exercises and the amount of calories you burned during this exercises. This is very useful and great. Google shows many results and images from other people experience using myfitnesspal and changing their lifestyle. the app is available on iOs and Android along with myfitnesspal official website.
