I have been watching this cool anime the past few days... I discover it by accident... I don't know how or what made me watch episode 6 and I find it interesting so I started watching the whole show without stop... I mean literally without stop, once an episode ends I will go for the next one. It is about a new fantasy online game that once you login you will get stuck in it and can't logout! if you die in the game you die in the real world as well. If you get to kill any other player, the player dies in the real world. To get out the game and return back to the real world, one player should beat the game by reaching the 100 floor and kill the final boss. Like most anime shows, this anime is based on the Sword Art Online manga and there are three video games as well.
Yes strange idea... weird but really cool anime and story. This anime makes you feel the urge to try and play a MMORPG (Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game).
"On November 6, 2022, the players log into SAO for the first time, and later discover that they are unable to log out. They are then informed by Akihiko Kayaba, SAO's creator, that if they wish to be free, they must reach the 100th floor of the game's tower and defeat the final boss. However, if their avatars die in-game, their bodies will also die in the real world. One of these players is Kazuto "Kirito" Kirigaya, who was chosen as one of the 1,000 beta testers in the closed beta. Since he had previous experience and knowledge of the game, he felt that he could beat the game easily. As a result, he set out to beat the game on his own. As the game progresses for two years, Kirito eventually befriends a female player named Asuna with whom he ultimately falls in love. After the duo discover the identity of Kayaba's avatar in SAO, they confront and destroy him, freeing themselves and the other players from the game." (Wikipedia, 2015)
My Rating for this anime is:
