You know, in our busy life we don’t find time to cook and prepare healthy meal for our selves. I was trying to eat healthy at work break hour, but it is really difficult for me to wake up early at the morning and prepare a healthy meal for work. Also, when I get back home I am so tired to cook something for lunch. So, I eat fast food most of the times and this is really bad for my health because of the fat and calories.

Hey Nina welcome back, glad you could post. BTW yes I find it very useful, lol, but not 12:30 in the morning - I just told my husband we should have a small fridge in our bedroom upstairs, lol. You are so right about the busy life. There is something else you could do, write things down what you eat all day, and give yourself good points for good food, but soon as you eat bad one, take it away. I did this for couple of years, and now its hard for me to eat junk food....Nina you are on the right track, the first step is always to recognize that you doing something wrong :).
